Congratulations on your engagement! I would absolutely love to capture the moments leading up to your wedding from engagements, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners and the big day! I absolutely LOVE love and I just get all the feels when it comes to capturing everyone's special love story. I always keep Kleenex with me because there is almost a 80% chance that I'll be crying at your wedding! I cannot help it when I am photographing the love that my clients share! I am outgoing, your shoulder to cry on, I am extremely organized and I always, ALWAYS have a plan. I am there for my bride and groom 1,000% and I am there for you every step of the way to ensure that your wedding day goes off without a hitch with zero stress!
I do offer 3 different wedding packages
Classic: 6-hour wedding day package starts at $2,400.00. Starting with pre ceremony prep of both bridal parties, venue, florals, dress, details, etc. Coverage of the first look between either bride and father or bride and groom (if requested), ceremony, formals of bridal party and families and reception. This package typically does not include coverage of the grand exit. With this package, if you do want coverage of the exit, I highly recommend doing a fake exit during the reception. That way after the fake exit, you can resume to the reception, and I will continue coverage until my contract is up.
Premium: 8-hour wedding day packages start at $3,200.00. Starting with pre ceremony prep of both bridal parties, venue, florals, dress, details, etc. Coverage of the first look between either bride and father or bride and groom (if requested), ceremony, formals of bridal party and families, reception, final last dance and exit. This package is allowing coverage of all the important moments. It’s the perfect sweet spot for wedding day coverage.
Deluxe: 10-hour wedding day packages start at $4,000.00. This is typically recommended for larger weddings so that I get all the coverage for the entire wedding from start to finish without any stress from being pressed for time. Starting with pre ceremony prep of both bridal parties, venue, florals, dress, details, etc. Coverage of the first look between either bride and father or bride and groom (if requested), ceremony, formals of bridal party and families, reception, final last dance and exit.
Second shooter: If you would like to add services for a second pair of eyes for your wedding day, I do have a list of photographers that I use as my second shooter. If you would like to add this on to your contract, fees for the second shooter are $60.00 an hour. Travel fees do apply for them as they do for me as well. Services of the second shooter will not include access to a separate private gallery. They send all their images to Celine Ramey Photography for editing. My list of photographers are all fellow colleagues of mine that have similar editing and shooting style to my own. Second shooter are great for any of the 3 packages. They are just a second pair of eyes that capture more moments of your special day (example: when I am photographing the formals of the bride and groom, they will be in the reception hall during cocktail hour photographing your guests). More photographers mean more pictures!
Travel Fees: The client shall pay Celine Ramey Photography for all extra costs that the Celine Ramey Photography may have for travel at a rate of $1.00/mile after 45 miles, one way from the 76017 area code. This also applies for the second shooter if you choose to add that service on.
Bridal and Boudoir Sessions: Add on services such as separate bridal and boudoir sessions will vary depending on what you would like. Bridals can be held either outdoors, your wedding venue or a studio. Boudoir sessions are typically in studios so studio rates will be applied as well as the fee. And if you would like me to make a book for you to present to your groom on your wedding day, that will be an add on fee as well. Fees for these services can range between $300.00-$500.00.
All packages include a complimentary engagement photoshoot session!
I do require a 30% nonrefundable retainer fee of the grand total of your package upon booking to secure the date as well as a sign contract agreement. The remaining balance for your wedding will be due 30 days prior to the wedding date. I do offer bi-weekly and monthly payment plans.
Wedding galleries will be delivered between 8-10 weeks for them to be perfected. A custom USB drive of all your images will be provided in all wedding packages as well.
